English Customer Care - Cape Town

Salary: R84 000 – R96 000 CTC per annum (Medical Aid, Bonus on Performance).

Location: Green Point

 Essential Requirements:

- Excellent analytical skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude
- Computer literate (Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Must work well within a team
- Clear ITC 

Duties will include:

- Respond to client queries in a professional manner via email, telephone and live chat
- Ensuring clients’ needs are met – where possible;
- Encouraging continued business;
- Generating re-newed business from lapsed clients;
- Identifying when client should be rewarded;
- Willing to build long term relationships with clients;
- Managing client accounts using in-house systems (training provided)

- The ideal candidate will be happy to work shifts on a rotational basis 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-   7am.
