ENTERPRISE, FINANCIAL & SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT ANALYST (EFS Analyst)

Essential requirement: Diploma or degree with accounting on third year level, PLUS 3+ years working experience. At least 3 years experience in a Financial and/or Procurement environment. Ability to analyse and interpreted financial statements and process, sort financial and procurement data in MS Excel Spread sheet. Must be a highly admin-orientated perfectionist (no room for error – high levels of correctness and accuracy essential)

Computer packages: Advanced MS Excel knowledge, MS Word and Outlook

Knowledge of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Practices), IFRS (International Financing Reporting Standards), High level MS Excel, spread sheet and analytical skills.
Essential work experience required: B-BBEE Legislations, Implementation of DTI (Department of Trade and Industry ), IRBA (Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors), SANAS (South African National Accreditation System) or industry body regulations. Support to group finance department. Do general validity checks, collection and compilation of supporting evidence, capturing data onto systems. Analyse financial and other related data and clients’ supplier data. Preparation of verification files for submission to verification agencies.
Able to listen, analyse situations and liaise with clients, analysts, committees and management, Ability to handle client questions and problems regarding the verification process and financial elements.
