Basic Requirements:
Must have a vehicle or willing to travel to stores in the area using public transport.
Good written and verbal communication in English and at least 2 African language (area dependent).
Excellent sales personality.
Proven track record of working in the FMCG or similar sector.
Proven track record in meeting targets is mandatory.
At least 24 years of age.
Min of 3 years’ experience in a sales position.
Valid driver’s license with your own car.
Metric Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Personality requirements:
Hype and Enthusiastic.
You must be willing to take initiative and lead your teams by example.
Well-mannered, well dressed…..well groomed.
Understands that client satisfaction is the fine line between success and failure.
Extremely diligent and hard working.
