An International Acclaimed Supply Chain concern requires an Entry Clerk to join their team based in Jet Park

The job will entail the following

?Tariffing and framing of bill of entries

?Handling client queries

?Handle customs queries, stops and detentions

?Ensure company and clients are not exposed to risk and no penalties are imposed
Entries
* Air Waybills / Bill of Lading
* Packing Lists
* Commercial Invoices
* Clearing Instructions

?Prepare bill of entry on operating system

?Submit approved entry to customs

?Forward release notifications and operational file to channel controller-

?KNOWLEDGE OF INCO TERMS
Knowledge of Customs procedures and tariff commodities and headings
Knowledge of relevant documents and permits required
Knowledge of transport modes
Knowledge of Marine Insurance

Minimum requirements

?Matric or equivalent and relevant tertiary education beneficial.

?AIR FREIGHT AND SEA FREIGHT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.

?Min of three yrs experience in the CLEARING AND FORWARDING FREIGHT INDUSTRY
