Have you gained experience in waiting tables, front of house, retail or customer service? We have an availability in our sales team and we are specifically looking for transferable customer service skills.
Job Purpose:
With incredible potential for growth, this three phase role allows the candidate to be challenged, advance and develop leadership qualities. In phase one you are provided with extensive sales, product and quality training (theoretical and practical). The foundations are set for phase two where we focus on developing your training skills. You will have an opportunity to individually train and build a team. In phase three you practically have the skills and experience to run a team and further develop your leadership potential.
