The purpose of this position is:
You will be part of a team that provisions and supports virtual server environments to development and test teams located around the world. You will be responsible for managing the call queue and ensuring we achieve our SLA’s, you will gain an in-depth understanding of all our internally developed applications. You will be required to continually look at driving quality improvements within these virtual environments and the applications we support on them. You will be afforded the opportunity to develop numerous industry skills including SQL database administration, virtualization/cloud administration and Powershell. You will report into the Environments Team Leader and will be part of the larger IT Infrastructure Team.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrable experience and understanding of Microgaming Software or relevant experience
• Experience working in customer focused environments
• Virtualization experience in a production environment preferably VMware
• Scripting experience
