Environmental Manager (Hydro-science)

An independent consultancy with extensive experience within the fields of water and environmental sciences is seeking to employ a recognised Environmental Manager with hydro-science experience to join their team of Environmental Monitoring to be based in Pretoria. Suitable candidate must have knowledge on the South Africa’s Environmental Legislation.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a Masters/ Honours degree in Environmental/Hydrogeology or Earth Science.
Must be registered as Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP
Must have solid 8 years+ at least 3 years of experience in hydro-science within a consulting field
Must be familiar with mining practices & must have experience in hydro-science
Must show good project managing, client liaison, reporting as well as management skills
Must be proficient in software such as: WISH, EnviroinSite, MS Office and various Mapping Programs
Must be in a position to manage over-all productivity
