3-5 years related experience

Knowledge of Pastel

Knowledge of Excel

Job Description:

Cashbook processing and bank reconciliations

Monthly Payroll

Preparing of monthly reporting

Management of accounts

Cash flow forecast and control

Reconcile General Ledger Accounts

Prepare monthly management accounts

Asset register control

Online banking – transfers and payments

Financial and Tax liability

Completion and Submission of Statutory returns

Process sales invoices

Assist with annual budget preparation
