1. Eppix Billing System Consultation (1st and 3rd line support)
2. Eppix Billing System Enhancement Development using Informix 4GL
3. System bug fixing using Informix 4GL
4. Database administration,
5. Software installation and testing.
6. Reporting (generate and distribute report to stakeholders)
7. Testing EPPIXCOM requirements (functional , Integration testing and Co -ordinate for User acceptance testing)
8. User training of the Eppix software
9. Documentation (Installation guides and User manuals)
