A well-known mining company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join their dynamic team in the North West.

Requirements include:

• Relevant B Tech degree or equivalent in a related field
• Post graduate certificate in Labour Law
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Employee Relations in the mining industry
• 5 years’ managerial experience
