Education & Trainings
Mandatory (MUST)
Diploma or certificate in a technical discipline
Desirable (NICE TO HAVE)
Appropriate formal internal training in power plant construction and engineering
Appropriate training in leadership and management

Professional Experience
Experience gained on the job during professional life
Mandatory (MUST)
Experience in site construction execution
Thorough knowledge within the discipline
