Our client is looking for a candidate that can take on their Escalations Manager position full steam.

Someone who will be successful in this role by building strong relationships with our strategic clients and in reducing the impact of escalated support cases.
Be able to work with escalations from clients , received for the vendors
The chosen candidate will report directly to one of our directors.
Must be fluent in English, French and Arabic.
Salary will be discussed in the interview.
Training will be given.

Minimum graduate in any relevant field for applying for this post.
Escalation management is based on task accomplishment in a critical situation, hence one has to show competitive skills for carrying out the task effectively within the scheduled time. Consumer satisfaction is the key element of escalation management program, hence one has to carry out all the tasks assigned effectively.

Qualifications needed:
No experience required but Min 1+ years management experience will be beneficial.
Matric certificate.
