MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Implement all processes relating to the ETQA department in accordance with QMS with regards to all learning programmes offered by the campus.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum - Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
2. Certificate in Training and Development will be advantageous
3. Certificate in Project Management or Office Administration will be advantageous
4. Knowledge and understanding on the SETA, assessment/ moderation processes.
5. End User /Computer certificate
6. 2-3 Years’ experience in office administration role
7. Experience in Training and Skills Development environment with understanding of assessment and moderation processes
8. Understanding of Assessment and Moderation Reports
9. 2-3 years’ experience in Computer Literacy (MS Office, Google Mail, LMS)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Learner contracts administration
2. POE administration
3. Compliance and Learner Progress Reporting
4. Internal and external site audit readiness and compliance
5. Collaboration with academic team
6. Stakeholder engagement and collaboration

Duties & responsibilities:
1.1 Pre-populating FTC and LSA Contracts
1.2 Conducting on-boarding, during learner induction and orientation
1.3 Opening of Client Project File
1.4 Create learner profile on LMS
1.5 Submit FTC & LSA contracts to KAM for relevant signature

2.1 Collection and submission of POE’s to and from Assessors and Moderators
2.2 Capture attendance and POE results on LMS
2.3 Coordinate remediation between all parties (Learner/ Facilitator/ Assessor/ Moderator)
2.4 Maintain orderly and compliant POE Filing Room

3.1 Submission of Monthly detailed learner results sheets to NETQA
3.2 Submission of Weekly Plan to ETQA Project Manager

4.1 Liaison between Academics and ETQA

5.1 Participate in Internal & External Verification process with SETA’s
5.2 Participate in ensuring internal and external site audit readiness and compliance.
