We are looking for an individual that will be responsible for providing advisor functions and responsibilities pertaining to the Education & Training Quality Assurance division.

Qualification and Experience Required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (NQF 6) in any of the following fields :
? Film and Media
? Information Technology
? Telecommunications
? Electronics
? Advertising;
• At least three years working experience in the Human Resources, Training and Development field and/or skills development environment (Working experience in one of the Seta’s sub-sectors will be an added advantage);
• Valid drivers licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the country.

Key Performance Areas
• Facilitate the efficient administration of the Assessment, Monitoring and Certification unit;
• Ensure proper electronic and manual filing system developed and maintained;
• Address all verbal written and electronic correspondence;
• Manage the Quality Assurance of Learner Achievements;
• Perform site evaluations in all provinces
• Schedule and co-ordinate monitoring Site evaluation visits;
• Submit a monthly schedule of monitoring visits;
• Schedule and co-ordinate verifications;
• Submit a monthly schedule of verifications;
• Support and assist Training Providers with accreditation / learning programme criteria/ guidelines and associated documentation;
• Facilitate the general administration with regards to Training Provider accredittaion;
• Evaluate Provider Accreditation applications;
• Conduct site evaluation visits;
• Conduct capacity building sessions for existing and aspiring Training providers;
• Conduct one on one sessions with aspiring training providers;
• Conduct capacity building sessions for employers running learnerships;
• Support and assist Training Providers with accreditation/learning programme criteria/guidelines and associated documentation;
• Manage all the QCTO processes as may be required;Conduct stakeholder workshop (s) across the relevant province;
• Ensure compliance with all LPD policies and guidelines;
• Co-ordinate the liaison with the LPD on learner ships and skills programmes;
• Responsible for palleting two new qualifications on QCTA;
• Train training providers on qualifications being palleted;
• Compile and submit reports to stakeholders and clients informing them why they were not accredited;
• Compile and submit a verification report;
• Evaluate learner Portfolio of Evidence for learners once finished at training providers as and when reports are received from training providers;
• Provide feedback reports after each meeting or trip to the Line Manger.
