This role will suit a candidate with experience in Events & Conference as well as Management of a team (+-10). 3years experience in Hospitality/similar industry will be essential
• Duties include:
• Arranging Conferences
• Arranging mayor events
• Marketing of Facilities
• Ensuring bookings are made
• Managing of Staff
• Preparing the budget for events as well as staying in budget
• Assisting with venue setup
• Making sure all logistics are sorted
Good interpersonal skills, bilingual, good communication, ability to market and sell the venue and proven track record in events.
