Euphoria Golf Estate & Hydro -A 64 Roomed 4 * Hotel & Golf Estate in the Waterberg area with conferencing and wedding facilities seeks an experienced Events Coordinator with a strong work ethic and a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a 4-5* Hotel/ Lodge to effectively coordinate events according to a project plan and to ensure that all responsibilities that are agreed to is meticulously executed to satisfy the needs of the organization and other external clients.The candidate will be responsible for : All conference , wedding, business and private function calls; quotes; bookings; posting event charges to accounts; all billing for events, Coordination and supervising of functions; facilitation of site inspections; special client requests;Revenue forecast, revenue monitoring and comparison with budget and all logistical arrangements for each event. The candidate must have strong guest relations, be creative and innovative, be fully bilingual and must have exceptional communication skills (oral and written)Strong F&B knowledge ( set ups and latest trends) and advantageA formal qualification is advantageFlexible working hours ( weekend work & DM shifts)Own transport & licenceQualities : Hard working ,positive attitude, reliable & trustworthyPresentable and ability to project Good Company Image Applicants who do not have hotel/ lodge specific experience will not be considered.
