Matric. Marketing and Events qualification. 3 years working experience. Job Specification: Planning & executing private events (weddings/parties). Securing the equipment (tents, cutlery, table cloths, catering, draping etc). Securing the venue. Organizing the set-up of the equipment on the day. Organizing staff for the event. Organizing and setting up of the tent and table décor. Organizing & handling printing of invitations, menus, table numbers etc. Handling the RSVPs of the company/client event. Create and send out press releases to relevant media contacts.
