Hotel with Conference & Banqueting as well as business & tourists Trade.
Chef's qualification with minimum 5 years Exec Chef experience prior 5 years Senior Sous Chef experience in 4* Hotels required - total of 10 years senior chef's experience needed.

Menu compilatiion.
The successful candidate needs Imagination and desire to create consistent culinary quality
as well as an individual who likes to train his brigade in order to reach better standards and achievements.
Person must be well versed in all forms of culinary facets including pastry, butchery, general cookery principles as well as knowledge of sous vide cooking.
Chef will be responsible for his own food cost budget as well as labour, cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment
Salary R 20.000.00 including company benefits.
