Exec Chef

4* Hotel - Nelspruit - Mpumalanga.

Our client is seeking a candidate with a Formal Chef Qualification

and at least 5+ years Exec Chef Experience required in 4*star hotels.

A La Carte, Banqueting & Conference cuisine experience required.

Must have managerial, training, costing, menu costing & compilation abilities.

Be creative combined with good communication skills.

Knowledge of all sections of kitchen

Salary R 30000.00 - R35000.00 ctc with company benefits.
