Chef's qualification with further 5 - 6 years Senior Chef's experience required, ( 3 years as Head Chef ) .

Country Club or Golf Resort Cuisine experience required.

Management of all cuisine departments on the Golf Estate.

The candidate must be creative , hands on, hard working.

To work flexible hours, and must have good admin skills.

Excellent People skills - Club Members & Staff

Computer Literate.

Menu compilation.

Salary R 25 000 - R 30 000.
