Provide the highest quality of food within the established budget by supervising, coordinating and directing the operation of the kitchen in accordance with standards.

The Executive Chef will always maintain a hands-on approach to all culinary operations.

Maintain product consistency and oversee all kitchen operations and related activities.

Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility.

Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports.

Other duties will be assigned in conjunction with Head Office.
