Luxury Lodge - Phalaborwa - Limpopo

Chef's qualification

4 - 5  years head chef or executive chef experience in a luxury Lodge or Hotel

Will be responsible for 3 x kitchens at the main lodge & 2 small lodges

Strong stock control and budget experience.

Excellent Guest Relation skills

Training of kitchen staff

Team player that can also interact with guests comfortably.

Well organized and creative.

Strong leader with ability to motivate kitchen staff.

Hygiene experience.

Single accommodation on site.

3 weeks on, 1 week off cycle.

Salary R 20 000 - R 25 000 full live in with company benefits
