Chef 's Qualification with further 5 years experience in a prestigious 4* Lodge

Be able to handle functions of 150 people.

To run a busy kitchen and do over a 100 covers in the dining room a night,

To be organised, ordering, stock control, staff management.

Must have own transport.

Passion for training staff, creating fabulous food, and new ideas

Able to work under pressure, independently, and with attention to detail

Salary R 20 000 - R 25 000 negotiable with company benefits.
