Chef's Qualification.
The Executive Chef is responsible to plan and create the best possible dishes for our camp guests
with the application of high food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
Remote 5* Game Lodge experience essential.
This role of the Executive chef is extremely guest orientated.
The Executive Chef ensures the efficient and smooth operation and management of the Game Lodge's kitchens.
Ongoing staff Training.
Administration, orders, month end & Stock control.
Guest feedback Monitoring and liaisons.
Hygiene & safety.
Service Excellence.
Wine service and knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS

An internationally recognized Degree or Diploma in culinary skills.

5 years of Premier/5 star Executive Chef Experience.

5 years of International food preparation experience.

A history of superior food preparation in the form of references and or a portfolio.

Advanced Supervisory experience and skills.

Mentoring/training skills and experience.

Salary R 39 000  ( BWP 30 000 ) including accommodation.
