SAP HR Certification,

Ability to determine the best methods to apply for analysis, select appropriate criteria
and evaluation options
Ability to identify risks and to objectively select appropriate courses of action
Ability to present findings and to persuade and obtain willing
co-operation from business
Ability to apply and adhere to quality standards
Knowledge of 3rd party tax calculation tools such as SABATALEO, Org.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years in a D
evelopment or Analysis role
Minimum of 3 years in full SAP
implementation in HR Module
Strong understanding of SAP ERP HCM variable pay process
Configuration experience related to SAP HR, including SAP process mapping and
functional design documentation
A strong understanding of SAP HR module, architectures,
and SAP HR integration touch points.

Development and implementation of HR Variable pay
Customize, integrate and maintain tax tables and changes
Travel reimbursements and commission tables configuration
HR Payroll and time management r
ules adjustments
Including : Overtime, Leave Encashment, bonuses etc..
Analysis and implementation of HR SAP Notes
for variable pay.
Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
Review and clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required
Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external auditors as required
Do skills transfer
Documentation of the solution implemented
