Executive assistant to directors
Established corporate company is seeks a professional Executive Assistant to Directors. Executive level experience gained in a corporate company a must. Must be able to type 60wpm, be fully computer literate on Microsoft Office. Degree or Secretarial qualification.
Minimum requirements:
- Typing 60wpm
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Office
- Degree or Secretarial qualification
- Current Senior Executive Level experience from a corporate industry or Professional Services assisting on Director’s level a must!
- Diary Management
- Knowledge of billing systems
- Travel arrangements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Primary Duties:
- Extensive, complex and pro-active diary management; including setting up external and internal video conferences, conference calls, meetings, conferences, events, etc.
- Handle internal and external calls efficiently and professionally, thorough hand over of messages to Partner, teams, colleagues and clients
- Produce and proof read correspondence, documents, packs and presentations
- Plan and manage extensive travel arrangements and itineraries; including visa application, accommodation, flight arrangements, arranging ground transportation (e.g. booking of cabs, car rental, etc.)
- Monitor emails and action accordingly
- Proactively screen and deal with voicemail and other correspondence
- Effectively liaise with clients, teams, colleagues and other contacts
- Ad-hoc project work dependent on Partner needs
- Administrative responsibilities including filing, maintenance of records, medical claims expenses, time sheets, etc.
