Matric.
Relevant Tertiary qualification.
2-3 Years management experience in a senior role.
5-10 Years merchandise experience in a retail environment.
Advanced computer literacy.
Solid FMCG/Retail experience required.
Duties would include the following:
- To head the Buying Dpartment and provide support to other Departments in the division
- Member of the senior management team
- Influence the broad strategic direction and profitability of the Company through effective analysis of the business
- Ensure the strategic growth of the Company
- Enforcement and improvement of merchandise procedures and controls
- Evolve effective strategies and make tactical decisions for sound merchandise performance.
- Expenditure management and budgetary control
- Effective Staff training and development
- Implement and monitor the development of the buying Staff
Good management skills.

Salary: R70k CTC (Neg.)
