A 4 * Hotel with over 100 bedrooms, a restaurant and a very busy function and conference venue is seeking an experienced executive chef who can produce excellent, modern cuisine. Candidate must have a cheffing diploma and approximately 8 years experience in recognized establishments, not from fast food or family restaurants. Own transport essential and willingness to work long hours . Stable track record essential!.
