Chef's qualification with further minimum 5 years Exec Chef experience in 4* Hotel cuisine required.

Be in possession of a valid matric certificate or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Hotel and Banqueting environment

Extensive knowledge of Regulation Food Safety Principles

Extensive knowledge on cooking techniques and kitchen operations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent logistical and organizational skills required

Excellent cost controlling and cost management skills required

Ability to maintain good relationships with staff

Must be single

Must have experience in F&B and banqueting.

Preferable Tanzania, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Zambia or International experience.

Between 30- 40 years of age.

Excellent Guest Relations skills required.

Salary Negotiable.
