South African Citizens or Permanent Residents only.

Chef's qualification with minimum 6 years experience in a Senior executive Chef's role of

large 5* Hotels, 5* Banqueting / Conference Venues and 5* Restaurants.

International and South African experience required.

Variety of kitchens, Restaurants and Banqueting Venues.

Extensive knowledge on cooking techniques and kitchen operations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent logistical and organizational skills required

Excellent cost controlling and cost management skills required

Ability to maintain good relationships with staff

Salary R 45 000 including housing - electricity & water. 60 % medical Aid.
