Executive Chef wanted for long-term employment contract in 4-star hotel in Rwanda. This hotel is part of an international group. Full accommodation will be provided. This opportunity is open to all suitably qualified applicants.

Minimum requirements
Matric/Grade 12/A Levels/GCSE
Formal hospitality qualification – NOT NEGOTIABLE
Stable work record showing steady career progression
A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the position of Executive Chef in large hotel units at 4/5 star level
Strong ala carte – no candidates from an industrial catering background will be considered
Experience working in African countries advantageous
Experience opening hotels advantageous
Clear criminal record – NOT NEGOTIABLE
