Executive Chef Job Sandton is available for this new Fashion Retail Centre that has recently opened in Sandton. The store has 3 floors with various brands. It also has a Gourmet Cafe, with approximately 64 seats in total.

They are serving gourmet sandwiches and burgers as well as breakfast and brunch favourites, great coffees and shakes.

Requirements / skills:
• Diploma in culinary arts
• At least 4 years’ experience in café or similar environment
• Very high food safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English

Personal Traits
• Strong and outgoing personality
• Must be able to lead by example
• Must be able to take complete control of the kitchen and manage the restaurant

Starting date: January

Salary: R20 000, depending on experience
