Looking for an Executive Chef for a hotel in Polokwane

Start as 3 month contract only. Live-out. Salary: R20 000 to R30 000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Must have formal qualifications with 5 - 8 years relevant experience within well known Restaurants and Hotels
Managing the kitchen, management of all kitchen staff, procurement, maintaining high standards of food service and kitchen hygiene
Excellent management and administration skills and should be highly organized
Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure;
Well spoken and well presented individual;
Excellent leadership and management skills;
Must have excellent administrations skills and must be highly organised;
Must have grade 12;
Formal cooking degree/diploma preferable;
Experience in running functions of up to 250 pax;
Must be able to work under pressure;
Must be able to create, cost and maintain recipes;
Must have strong general knowledge of food and kitchen procedures;
