Candidate will have high energy levels
coupled with strong management skills
an ability to deal with stress
Assist the different teams to manage the day to day kitchen operation, co-ordinate food production and ensure the highest level of food quality, taste and presentation
Assist all kitchens with the control of food cost through training of
kitchen staff on the proper methods of food preparation and handling.
Personal hygiene is also important
5- 7 years experience in a similar position
