Founded in 1996, our client is a leading specialist Remuneration Consultancy based in Gauteng with national and international capability who design and implement cutting edge reward solutions and who are looking for a goal driven, independent thinking Remuneration & Reward professional to assume accountability for new business development and client delivery of HR and Remuneration related projects/consulting work in the KZN region under the direction of the GM. Targeted start date: October 2018 KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: ? Must reside within the Kwa-Zulu Natal province (non-negotiable) ? Educated to degree level ? Sound knowledge in HR disciplines with proven, relevant experience in Remuneration & Reward Consulting ? Business development skills including networking. Must be able to develop own client base ? Adept at building relationships and interacting at Executive level ? Comfortable presenting at Board or EXCO level ? Project management capability ? MS Office suite proficiency OUR CLIENT IS OFFERING: ? Flexible working hours/ability to work from home and create own structure ? Contract based with variable pay and earning potential of between R30 000 - R60 000 per month ? Support in marketing & advertising of consultancy work ? Training & coaching in reward practice consulting to expand your skill and knowledge base ? Supply of methodologies and consultancy material required for consulting work.
