Leading Group within the Telecommunications Sector are seeking a Senior Executive - Social Media and Online Marketing to assist their team

Your skills and experience are required to professionally communicate and ensure first contact resolution and customer satisfaction by resolving all escalated queries within their prescribed turnaround times and making sure that they are in line with the Company policies

Please note: This is a contract role

Matric and relevant degree required
Social Media and Online Marketing experience
Relevant product knowledge on one or more telecommunications networks
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a call centre environment and handling of irate customers
Experience in a telecommunication industry would be beneficial
Experience with the following media channels e.g. Escalations ,Hello Peter; ICASA; Beeld; NCC, Daily Sun or similar will be beneficial
