Our Client a leading international organization is seeking an Executive Creative Director to join their team.

Role Responsibilities
Concept Generation / Big Idea
Be the champion of strategy-led design, philosophy and inspiration within the company and externally
Lead concept and design thinking and encourage others to develop high level creative thinking
Challenge clients and internal senior team to think laterally regarding the creative solution to branding requirements
Design & Development
Lead overall initiatives such as trends, Design Shows, Design Competitions etc
Brand Mastery/Seven Step System
Be the advocate, innovator, and builder of the creative step within the seven step system
Always look for examples of great work and new tools.
Client / Internal Relationships
Ability to sell 'big ideas' by inspiring a senior client group
Represent the design function at local executive level and across the network
Work actively with all creative and design directors (consumer, packaging, experience, digital, etc) to develop a matrix assignment approach that builds and grows people through experience and opportunity
Maintain executive management contact with clients and support business development initiatives through presence and process
Implementation
Cooperate with Financial Director to ensure the studio is running cost effectively and meeting delivery expectations to clients
Oversee project estimates, targets and profitability
Continually review standards to ensure the highest levels of delivery at all times.
People Management/Team Briefing
Identify talent within the design team and develop individuals to full potential using the performance review process
Inspire the team to produce beautifully crafted and inspired creative work
Lead and guide the team to meet the departmental goals and align the studio to the company values
Scout and interview new talent to build creative team and replace leavers
Reports To the CEO
Experience & Skills required
Background
Comprehensive industry knowledge of all design disciplines
Industry expert in field
Skills
Knowledge of local and international trends impacting all areas of design within the company
Passion for branding and design
Experience of leadership of a medium to large studio
Excellent time management
Hiring & Employee Management
Leadership experience required.
Prior experience
Minimum of 15 years design and industry experience
