Passed recognized culinary arts/professional cookery qualification
A la carte, buffet, functions – hot and cold kitchen. Breakfasts. Bakery etc
Strong Kitchen management & staff skills, high energy levels to be able to manage all of above.
Menu design, planning and costing using Micros or equivalent & strong computer literacy
Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with staff as well as guests on a daily basis
Prepared to work necessary shifts and go the extra mile.
