A Payment IT systems company for card and fund management, which offers student finance, insurance as well as IT Bundles, is looking for an Executive PA to support the director. Salary R10-000 plus a monthly performance bonus.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Secretarial schooling and Tertiary qualification will be to your advantage
• Exceptional computer literacy
• Maturity to handle a range of situations
• An ability to work to tight deadlines
• Multi-tasking
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong typing skills
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant to a Senior/Top Management position
• A high level of confidentiality and diplomacy in dealing with Company matters
• Must have legal background such as a person who knows the law for commercial and individual.
• An entrepreneur type of a personality, understands and able to follow instructions
• Manage the Director’s dairy (business and personal)
• Must be able to drive with a driver’s license (Own vehicle will be an advantage)
• Screen every phone call, email, fax and any other communication.
• Presentation Skills: must have a great and be able to do presentations on of the Director.
• Disciplined individual who will not abuse company resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling or managing image, such as business person, artist
• Need to have a strong PR and marketing.
• Project management experience is desirable
• Experience in business analysis with strong business acumen and knowledge of business protocols
• Ability to work independently, show initiative and demonstrate good judgment
• Excellent administrative, planning and organizing and time management skills within a top management environment
• Liaison expertise and high quality service orientation to external and internal stakeholders
• Be able to work unscheduled/ irregular hours on short notice
• Great knowledge of computer packages (all MS Office packages) and finance
• Advanced strategic thinking, self-confidence, initiative and openness for new ideas and complete thinking essential
Responsibilities:
• Screen every phone call, email, fax and any other communication.
• Organising of meetings
• Time/diary management
• Organising correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction
• Responding to urgent requests
• Organising and preparing documents, preparation of meeting and board papers
• Co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements
• Assisting with organising events
• Handle dictation of meeting minutes and distribution of minutes efficiently
• Communication with members
