EE candidate with minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Personal Assistant, preferably with Short Term Insurance experience, and minimum 2 years Supervisory experience required to provide administrative and secretarial support to Directors, Executive Members and Management Teams.

You will also be responsible for management of switchboard and reception, mail departments, messenger services and corporate stationery.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• Relevant Secretarial and Office Administration qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Personal Assistant essential
• Short Term Insurance industry advantageous
• 2 years supervisory experience required
• Advanced Word, Excel and report writing skills required
• Advanced knowledge of Visio and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:
• Executive support – meetings, diaries, boardroom management, presentations, correspondence, travel arrangements
• Administrative support – seminars, workshops, petty cash stationery, boardroom bookings, complaints and queries, stock management
• Manage reception and switchboard
• Mail department and promotional item management
• Housekeeping
• Management of Human Capital growth and development – recruitment and retention, training, coaching of staff
