Executive Personal Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
• Management the Executives’ diary
• Keep and maintain records of divisional expenditures
• Plan, coordinate and monitor projects for the office
• Coordinate management reports
• Co-ordinate local travel plans for the Executive
• Facilitate the implementation of meeting resolutions in conjunction with Executive
• Manage and coordinate meetings with stakeholders
• Review correspondence and prepare draft responses for the office
• Conduct research on issues pertinent to the office
Qualifications and other requirements:
• Minimum 3 years Diploma in Office Administration/Management
• Five years’ experience in office management with 2 years at a senior management support level
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong writing skills and presentation skills
• Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make sound decisions
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: R12500pm + benefits
