Package: Market related salary + lucrative commission structure

Our client is a medium sized, owner managed business with over 20 years combined experience and they find their niche in the market place as a company who prefers to work with a small selection of companies, building strong and long-lasting relationships. Their core business is in Executive Search and senior/executive recruitment predominately in the Engineering/Technical, Supply chain, Finance & Sales sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Consultant to perform duties in recruitment, work with and support hiring managers to source and attract candidates, hiring of management staff and manage the offer process and negotiate salary package.

The successful candidate will have a proven recruitment record. You will not form part of corporate red tape as the office is small but specialised.

They will not consider candidate who has recently completed their HR qualifications or who is not from the Western Cape. The incumbent must be a senior Consultant with a solid, proven recruitment record.
