LOCATION: Parktown North

REPORTING

You will report directly into the Team Leaders, Sales Manager & Sales Director, unless another supervisor & /or operations manager is appointed, who will manage all breaks, daily performance, and quality management of the sales team. You may also be managed by the a Case Manager and/ or Team Leader if required by the business. You may also be assigned work from any of the directors of the company, as may be required, from time to time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You are required to perform the role of a Executive Sales Consultant to provide advice about
the Customers credit status and then to sell ‘The Company’s Credit & Legal Services.

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS

The following requirements are inherent to the Job:

• The employee must pass all training requirements at the Company, in order be proven to have adequate product knowledge, which is a
condition prior to commencement of sales;
• The employee will not misrepresent the company, its products or the instructions of consumers;
• The employee does not have a negative credit record;
• The employee does not have any criminal record

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Must be able to do 240 min of Talk time in a 9-hour day (or 30 min of every hour)
• Must deliver a minimum of 3 Sales Per Day or R6000 per day in Revenue ( = 2 Sales at
• an average sales value of R3000 each) & a total min Revenue of no less than 165K per month
• Must make follow all Operational Policies and Protocol including key points of Script
• Must comply with Companies Collection protocol
• Must have excellent application of Product Knowledge, objection handling and closing
• skills.

• Computer literacy (Internet and Email) and Microsoft: Office/ Excel/ Word & Powerpoint and the ability to multi-task and be efficient in a
Contact Centre Environment

WORKING DAY

You will work required to from 8am – 5pm; two Marathon Days per Month i.e. 7am – 7pm 7; and two Saturday’s per month from 8am – 2pm. You will have a total lunch break/ breaks not exceeding 45 min per day. Should you arrive late or leave early for any exceptable reason or by arrangement at the sole discretion of your line manager, you will be expected to make up this time as instructed by your line manager.
