My client, a well-established, stable company is looking for an experienced sales person to market their range of service products.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
• Is looking for a new challenge and realises that it takes time to establish a new career.
• Understands the principle of building a successful sales funnel and has the determination, patience and endurance to achieve their goals.
• Is driven and hungry for success.
• Consistently meets sales targets and knows what it takes to achieve that.
• Is from hard-core sales background and can confidently conduct face-to-face presentations.
• Is able to cold call and knows how to establish a client base without relying on leads provided by the company.
• Has a stable work record and is not a job-hopper.
• Is well spoken and portrays a professional image in both appearance and conduct.
• Can comfortably work on their own and is self-disciplined enough to manage their time accordingly.
• Has had at least 3 – 5 years hard core sales experience.
• Is motivated by the opportunity to earn what you are worth.
The position requires someone who is mature and experienced enough to know that a successful career does not just happen. It takes time, commitment, hard work and focus.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• Own vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in English
REMUNERATION:
Basic, allowances and a generous commission structure.
