Executive Sales Consultant

Compuscan Academy, a Stellenbosch-based private training provider in the banking and micro-finance environment, has a position available for an Executive Sales Consultant:

Key Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate (Matric Certificate)
• Sales/ Training Qualification
• OETD qualification advantageous
• Driver’s License
• Willing to Travel

• Must have an excellent and proven sales track record preferably in training related sales (2 years’ experience
• Knowledge and experience of the education and training environment essential
• Knowledge and experience of the credit industry beneficial

Key Performance Areas:

• Prospecting and sourcing of new business / clients
• Identifying the training needs of clients & recommend appropriate generic/customised solutions to resolve their training needs
• Sourcing prospects
• Sales, i.e. turning potential leads into sales
• Managing the sales cycle
• Providing accurate information to all clients and creating an awareness of CSA’s products & services
• Providing consistently high quality guidance to all clients in respect of their training needs
• Sales Management experience advantageous

Based on experience and qualification we offer the following:

• Basic salary: negotiable and commission
