This classic bar & grill serving the very best chalmar steak and fresh seafood is looking for an Executive Chef to work hand-on and hand-in-hand with the Head Chef/Owner.
This restaurant is fast becoming more popular by the month.

Duties will include
- Overseeing kitchen brigade of 20 Chef de Parties
- Order and check produce arriving
- Ensuring pass runs smoothly
- Work hands-on in the kitchen

Salary R23 000 – R26 000 + good benefits
