Executive Sous Chef – Hout Bay

Looking to place a CHEF who has a CREATIVE flair for cooking/ production, someone who has fresh ideas, but understands the niche client market, and can cope and maintain quality & service under pressure and high volumes.
Incumbent must be PASSIONATE, DRIVEN & TOTALLY A HANDS-ON CHEF
CUISINE to be produced includes mainly SEA FOOD (Sushi included), followed by MEAT, POULTRY, etc

-MUST have 3 to 4 years’ experience in an Executive Sous or Head Chef role
-Experience in handling high volumes
-Experience in preparing/ ordering Seafood
-Strong Leadership Skills
-Good Training/ Coaching Skills
-EXPERIENCE IN MENU COSTING & DELIVERING REQUIRED FOOD GP’S
-Knowledge of Food Safety, Storage & Health Standards
-OWN TRANSPORT & LICENCE ESS!

SALARY: R22 000 - R26 000 dep on exp + benefits
