Busy 4* hotel seeks an experienced hotel Sous chef currently holding a similar position in a 4* hotel. Must have strong a la carte skills, be up to date with current food trends, modern food production and plating finesse, good kitchen hygiene skills and excellent motivational as well as staff management skills. Qualification and minimum 4 years experience required at the same level in recognised 4* hotels Must be able to take charge of the kitchen, run the operation and knows how to plan. Applicants who do not have the above specific hotel cheffing experience, will not be contacted or communicated with. Interviews take place in person and cook-offs will apply
