Executive Sous Chef sought for 4-star Johannesburg city hotel. The successful candidate will have a matric certificate, a formal culinary qualification and at least 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef in the kitchen of a full service hotel or industrial catering kitchen.

Responsibilities include:
Food preparation
Maintenance of hygiene standards
Maintenance of chemicals and equipment
Ensuring adherence to safety and security policies in the kitchen
Guest interaction
Assisting and training lower level staff
Administration as determined by the Executive Chef

Salary is R18 000 CTC per month.
