Reputable company based in Centurion in the Legal industry os looking for a Executor bonds supervisor.

Purpose of the position

To supervise the executor bonds issuance, management and cancellation process.
Responsibilities:
Manages the implementation of the executor bond management strategy

Manages the executor bond process

Authorises and approves executor bonds

Reviews and advises on executor bond queries

Liaises with internal and external stakeholders

Manages and coordinates all direct reports

Acts as Information Steward for Executor Bonds

Qualifications Required

Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant legal degree e.g. LLB or equivalent
MS Package: Intermediary level (word, excel, outlook, power point, internet)
Admitted attorney
Paralegal diploma

Work experience & skills

Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in legal / courtbonds administration
Code 08 driver’s license
